The c.1960's flats had been reported to be suffering from excessive cold. We were asked to review the existing thermal performance of the building, prepare a report with calculations and provide improvement recommendations. Retained thermal elements, new insulation, ventilation, heating, humidity and the prevention of mould growth were some of the considerations reviewed under current legislation. We liaised directly with the local authority to obtain all the necessary approvals and the improvement works to the walls and roof were completed in January 2020.
